The U.S. Embassy Baghdad Public Diplomacy will accept applications for projects on a rolling basis until the deadline of August 30 2025. A grant review committee will review outstanding applications on a quarterly basis. This Notice of Funding Opportunity covers the whole of Iraq including the Iraqi Kurdistan Region.
