• Academic and professional lectures, seminars, and speaker programs; • Artistic and cultural workshops, joint performances, and exhibitions; • Professional and academic exchanges and programs; • Support for media and digital freedom, particularly proposals that combat malign state-sponsored propaganda; • Projects that protect and preserve Iraqi cultural heritage; • Support for English language acquisition; • Sports programming with a focus on the World Cup or the 2028 Olympic Games in Los Angeles; • Freedom250 programming that highlights American excellence and teaches U.S. history, government, or values, with an emphasis on freedom of speech.
