The Fish and Aquatic Conservation Program’s Branch of Aquatic Invasive Species (AIS) intends to award funding for its 2024 State and Interstate Aquatic Nuisance Species Management Plan (SIANSMP) Grant Program. Section 4724 of the Nonindigenous Aquatic Nuisance Prevention and Control Act of 1990, as amended (16 U.S.C. 4701-4741) (Act), authorized and provided general guidance for the development of State and Interstate Aquatic Nuisance Species (ANS) Management Plans.
