Master Cooperative Agreement Number P14AC00340 was entered into by and between the Department of the Interior, National Park Service, (NPS), and Community Teamwork, Inc. to provide hands-on service opportunities for youth to help develop a generation of skilled workers, educated and active citizens, future leaders and stewards of natural historical and cultural resources. This project will engage 4 diverse youth from local vocational schools on a part-time  basis during the school year to participate in a skilled trades training and development program in the Park and provide full-time opportunity for the same youths for 10 weeks  during the summer as part of an in-depth, skills training program in the Park, where they will work alongside NPS maintenance craftspeople on specific resource management projects.
