Minnesota (MN) Fiscal Year (FY) 2024 Grant(s) Notice of Funding Opportunity

Proposals are requested from eligible applicants identified in Section C.1 of this document for competitive consideration of grant agreement awards for projects up to three years in duration. Proposed projects must be performed in Minnesota for the initiatives and activities identified in Section A of this document. NRCS anticipates that the amount available for support of this program in fiscal year 2024 may be up to $5,000,000. This notice identifies the objectives, eligibility criteria, and application instructions for projects. Proposals will be screened for completeness and compliance with the provisions of this notice. Incomplete and/or noncompliant proposals will be eliminated from competition, and notification of elimination will be sent to the applicant.

Applicants must submit their applications via Grants.gov by 11:59 pm Eastern Time on April 29, 2024 (60-day advertisement). The agency anticipates making selections by June 1, 2024, and expects to execute awards by September 15, 2024. These dates are estimates and are subject to change.
