§ 147.130(a)(1)(ivi), as further implemented, non-grandfathered group health plans and health insurance issuers offering group and individual health insurance coverage must provide coverage without cost sharing (such as a copayment, coinsurance, or a deductible) for preventive care and screenings as provided for in such HRSA-supported comprehensive preventive services guidelines for women. As of June 2020, the HRSA-supported Women’s Preventive Services Guidelines cover 12 topics: well-woman visits, human immunodeficiency virus infection, cervical cancer, contraception, breast cancer, urinary incontinence, interpersonal and domestic violence, gestational diabetes mellitus, sexually transmitted infections, breastfeeding services and supplies, diabetes mellitus after pregnancy, and screening for anxiety.
