The U.S. Embassy to Libya invites proposals that advance economic growth, stability, and stronger U.S.–Libya partnerships through initiatives that foster entrepreneurship, innovation, and workforce development. Projects that promote commercial diplomacy such as building business networks and expertise, supporting small and medium enterprises (SMEs), and encouraging trade and investment are highly encouraged.
Proposals should also aim to empower Libyan youth and professionals with practical knowledge in leadership, STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics), and English language proficiency to enhance employability and global competitiveness.
