Description

NCI intends to release a Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) that serves to continue the advancement and sustainment of informatics tools, software, and research resources that enable the acquisition, management, analysis, visualization, and interpretation of data across the cancer research continuum, including cancer biology, diagnosis and treatment, early detection, risk assessment and prevention, cancer control, and epidemiology. As a component of the NCI's Informatics Technology for Cancer Research (ITCR) Program, this intended NOFO supports technologies that have progressed beyond initial prototyping and pilot development, demonstrate the potential for broad and significant impact in cancer research, and provide compelling reasons for further enhancement, optimization, dissemination, or sustainment.
