assistance, training, education, quality improvement (QI), and evaluation; 2) Serving as a national technical resource center that identifies, compiles, analyzes, and disseminates evidence-based and innovative practices, policies, tools, and resources to improve the system of care for newborns, infants and young children up to the age of 3 who are deaf and hard-of-hearing (DHH); and 3) Developing and sustaining collaborative partnerships with national EHDI systems of care organizations and key stakeholders, including organizations or programs that represent and/or serve families with children who are DHH.
