Eligible Applicants: Domestic public or private nonprofit or for-profit organizations, including institutions of higher education, state and local governments, Indian tribal governments and organizations (American Indian/Alaska Native/Native American and Native Hawaiian), faith-based organizations, community-based organizations, hospitals, and institutions of higher education, that have (directly or through a grant or contract)--Experience and expertise in administering programs, including developing, implementing, and administering the required activities described in section 4 of the AT Act; Experience and expertise in providing technical assistance related to data collection and reporting; andExperience with data analysis and reporting.Note: An eligible entity can demonstrate its experience and expertise on its own or through proposed subcontracts with other entities that demonstrate the relevant experience and expertise. Foreign entities are not eligible to compete for, or receive, awards made under this announcement. Faith-based and community organizations that meet the eligibility requirements are eligible to receive awards under this funding opportunity announcement.
