Please note that PRM will not fund research focusing only on one NGO program unless it is uniquely innovative programming; conducted in an independent manner; and would generate findings that are credible, generalizable, and relevant to a range of other humanitarian stakeholders. PRM will prioritize funding for projects that aim to produce practical policy or programmatic recommendations that are applicable to more than one specific population or country. All final reports should include tools, data, findings, and recommendations for policy and program implementation. Recommendations should be concrete, actionable, and directed to specific actors. Organizations may submit a maximum of one concept note.
