​​This NOFO will focus on supporting the Ministry of Health (MOH)-led digital transformation vision to modernize health data systems and infrastructure, enhancing capacity to provide timely epidemic intelligence for critical decision-making in HIV and related health programs in Uganda. The data architecture will encompass general and targeted surveys and implementation science, clinical systems such as electronic medical records, digital registers, clinical indicator-based surveillance, disease surveillance, laboratory data, commodities/logistics/pharmacy management information systems, community data, human resource management and development, and other data collection activities to address existing data and knowledge gaps.
