The Award Ceiling for Year 1 is 0 (none). CDC anticipates an Approximate Total Fiscal Year Funding amount of $4,000,000 for Year 1, subject to the availability of funds.

The purpose of this NOFO is to complete activities that strengthen the health system by expanding the use of electronic medical records, increasing human resource for health (HRH) capacity, securing electronic data exchange, and institutionalizing health care program management. This NOFO will advance Democratic Republic of Congo's (DRC) health information systems (HIS) to allow for a more effective public health response, reduce HIV-related morbidity and mortality, and ultimately lead to improved patient health outcomes across multiple diseases.
