(a) Since 2010, PRM has allocated specific funding to complement ongoing efforts through our regional GBV responses and Safe from the Start initiative, which supports GBV accountability and institutionalization across agencies. This NOFO is intended for research institutions, IOs, and NGOs that contribute to innovation and global learning in the field. Past support has led to the development of new evidence-based programming, guidelines and tools, as well as capacity building initiatives that contribute to quality programming and sustainability.
