The Infant-Toddler Court Program's (ITCP) National Resource Center (NRC) helps states and communities to strengthen and expand use of enhanced child welfare practices in communities across the country that bring together courts, social services, and families to improve the safety, healthy development, and nurturing relationships of families with young children involved with the child welfare system.
