Criteria for Eligible ApplicantsEligible Applicants - Program Specific Details Eligible applicants are only public housing authorities (PHAs) that operate one or more public housing projects (AMPs) that meet the criteria outlined in this NOFO (see Section II.A.4. Criteria for Eligible Public Housing Projects).PHAs that have already received a Jobs Plus grants may apply for funding under this NOFO; however, AMPs (target sites) previously funded through a prior Jobs Plus grant may not be the target of a fiscal year (FY) 2025 Jobs Plus application. Federally recognized tribes and tribally designated housing entities are not eligible applicants for this NOFO. Individuals, foreign entities, and sole proprietorship organizations are not eligible to compete for, or receive, awards made under this announcement.
