Description

The purpose of this funding opportunity is to support organizations to reduce falls and/or falls risk among older adults and adults with disabilities through the implementation of evidence-based falls prevention programs. The project will be person-centered, trauma informed, and appropriate to meet the needs of the target population. It will require the awardee to develop partnerships and work collaboratively with organizations that serve particular populations.
