Funding Opportunity Description: This is a Notice of Intent only. The U.S. Department of Labor, Bureau of International Labor Affairs, intends to award up to $5 million to the Verite, Inc. for a cost increase to an existing project to improve the implementation of social compliance systems (among coffee sector stakeholders) that promote acceptable conditions of work and the elimination of child labor and force labor in coffee supply chains. Authority: DLMS 2-836 G.3: Services are available from only one responsible source and no substitute will suffice; or the recipient has unique qualifications to perform the type of activity to be funded.
