This is a notice of funding opportunity (NOFO) for the OVC FY 2026 Victim Reunification Travel Program. This opportunity provides funding to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) to support the Victim Reunification Travel (VRT) Program, which assists parents of children who have been kidnapped by a noncustodial parent and taken across international borders with traveling to participate in Hague Convention hearings and/or accompanying their children back to the United States.
