Description

The Community Compass Technical Assistance (CCTA) program awards competitive grants to eligible applicants. With these grants, you will provide technical assistance (TA) to the people and organizations HUD serves. Under this Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO), HUD will award up to $86,000,000 in 2026 funding for TA. We invite applications from organizations with deep experience and a commitment to excellence.

If awarded, you will deliver results in communities across the country and support the Administration's priorities. As a recipient, you will:

  • Develop tools and products that train and educate,
  • Work directly with communities to improve their systems and processes,
  • Assess your audience so you can design curriculums that fit their needs,
  • Partner with HUD on urgent, high-priority projects,
  • Serve as a thought partner with HUD by helping identify needs, share ideas, and create innovative work.

CCTA recipients must meet high expectations. To win an award, you must meet every requirement in this NOFO and show a record of excellent performance. Specifically, you must:
