The recipient will lead SMCs to continue development of the DoD Cyber Institutes. The recipient will coordinate with other SMCs as appropriate. The grant will enable development of new programs integrated with existing programs to support academic, experiential (internal/external) and educational infrastructure to build a military and civilian cyber workforce talent pipeline.
