The goal of the program is to support the Government of Ukraine and Ukrainian and other organizations in the identification, return and reintegration of Ukrainian children and youth who have been forcibly transferred and/or held in the Russian Federation and Russian-occupied territories of Ukraine. The program will have two major objectives: 1) support efforts to securely collect, analyze, and preserve evidence related to Ukraine’s forcibly transferred children and youth and 2) support the Government of Ukraine and local organizations to provide returned Ukrainian children and youth with specialized...
