Description
The Service intends to issue a single cooperative agreement award under this Notice of Funding Opportunity. Because of the specialized combination of skills required (expertise in Bayesian statistical modeling, expertise in population modeling using integrated population models, and experience with population models for raptors), we intend to accomplish this through a sole-source award to the Department of Fish, Wildlife and Conservation Ecology at New Mexico State University (Department).
