Description

The National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke (NINDS) intends to publish a Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) to solicit applications to investigate novel therapeutic interventions and testing strategies for neurological disorders including to treat, modify, and prevent epilepsy. This research should include various intervention modalities and testing strategies. Investigators should consider testing strategies for the development and validation of human-focused testing approaches. Investigators with expertise and insights into preclinical therapy testing and model development are encouraged to consider applying for this new NOFO.
