This is a notice of funding opportunity (NOFO) for the OJJDP FY 2026 Emergency Planning for Juvenile Justice Residential Facilities program. This opportunity will support the development, improvement, and/or implementation of emergency planning activities for state, Tribal, county, and local juvenile justice residential facilities. Emergency planning activities should prepare facilities to prioritize the safety and well-being of youth and staff, keep families informed, continue operations, and reduce risk to the facility during and after an emergency.
