Notice of Intent to Issue Federal Agency Call (FAC) No. DE-FOA-0002329 entitled “Assisting Federal Facilities with Energy Conservation Technologies (AFFECT) 2020”

Using the authority provided in 42 U.S.C. §8256(b), funding under the AFFECT 2020 FAC will help Federal agencies advance the energy efficiency, resilience, and security of their operations. The FAC will competitively select agency projects that leverage performance contracting to enhance Federal agency goals at critical sites, as well as address the issue of aging infrastructure and deferred maintenance and repairs. ---------------------------- This notice of intent (NOI) is issued so that interested parties are aware of the EERE’s intention to issue this FAC in the near term. All of the information contained in this NOI is subject to change. EERE will not respond to questions concerning this NOI. Once the FAC has been released, EERE will provide an avenue for potential applicants to submit questions. EERE plans to issue the FAC in the third quarter of Fiscal Year 2020 via the EERE Exchange website https://eere-exchange.energy.gov/.
