This is a notice of funding opportunity (NOFO) for the OJJDP FY 2026 Family Treatment Court Program. This opportunity will support state and local courts, units of local government, and federally recognized Tribal governments to establish new, or enhance existing, family treatment courts to ensure the provision of substance use treatment and other services that improve child, parent, and family outcomes.
