The purpose of this Funding Opportunity is to invite proposals for funding to deliver technical assistance to entrepreneurial development resource partners. Only an application from the states of Delaware, Michigan, and Ohio that have experience in managing a robust state-wide or nationwide cyber training program will be considered for funding via this announcement.

A state entity or university may submit one proposal in response to this Funding Opportunity.•To be eligible for this Funding Opportunity an applicant must be a state entity or university in the state of Delaware, Michigan, or Ohio that has experience providing cyber security training. Provide documentation of specific, eligible history of service of providing Cyber Certification Program relevant to the proposed Project. See Section 8.1, Definitions.
