This is a non-competitive announcement for Community Project Funding/Congressionally Directed Spending (CPF/CDS): Non-Construction Projects that will be funded through the Health Resources and Services Administration"s (HRSA"s) Office of Federal Assistance and Acquisition Management (OFAAM). Congress appropriated funding in the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2026 (P.L. 119-75) for CPF/CDS projects that support health-related activities, including training and information technology. Electronic Health/Medical Records (EHRs/EMRs) and telehealth projects are allowable.
