Description
The purpose of this program is to support American Indian and Alaska Native (AI/AN) tribes in planning and developing a comprehensive, community-based system of care (SOC). A SOC is defined as a coordinated network of effective mental health and essential supportive services organized to address and meet the varied needs of children, youth, and young adults, and their families.
