Applicants are only allowed to submit one proposal per organization. If more than one proposal is submitted from an organization, all proposals from that institution will be considered ineligible for funding.

A. Program Description

1. Goals and Objectives

The U.S. Embassy Djibouti Public Diplomacy Section (PDS) of the U.S. Department of State is pleased to announce that funding is available through its Public Diplomacy Small Grants Program. This is an Annual Program Statement, seeking to support creative, scalable projects that improve access to high-quality English language instruction, promote American leadership in STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) education for adults across Djibouti, and create economic opportunities to the mutual benefit of the United States and Djibouti.
