The purpose of this funding opportunity is to support a project for behavioral health-focused innovations in the senior nutrition program setting with intentions to 1) learn of existing barriers and facilitators to serving older adults living with behavioral health conditions in the congregate meal setting, 2) develop and implement person-centered, trauma-informed, and appropriate best practices to meet the needs of seniors living with behavioral health conditions in the senior nutrition program setting, and 3) develop and disseminate resources from tested findings and already existing practices;...
