The purpose of the Rural Communities Opioid Response Program – Northern Border Rural Workforce (RCORP-Northern Border) is to improve health care in rural areas within the Northern Border Regional Commission’s service area (Maine, New Hampshire, New York, Vermont) by enhancing behavioral health workforce capacity

Additional information

All domestic public or private, non-profit and for-profit, entities with a physical location in the states of Maine, New York, New Hampshire, or Vermont are eligible to apply. This includes: Public institutions of higher education Private institutions of higher education Non-profits with or without a 501(c)(3) IRS status For-profit organizations, including small businesses State, county, city, township, and special district governments Independent school districts Native American tribal governments Native American tribal organizations * Domestic means the 50 states, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, the Federated States of Micronesia, the Republic of the Marshall Islands, and the Republic of Palau. Individuals are not eligible applicants under this NOFO.
