The National Human Genome Research Institute intends to issue a Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) to solicit applications that stimulate innovation and advance understanding of when, where and how best to implement the use and sharing of genomic information and technologies in clinical care in all persons including populations or communities that experience health disparities, such as racial or ethnic minority groups, people with lower socioeconomic (SES) status, underserved rural communities, and sexual and gender minority groups. Non-domestic (non-U.S.) components of U.S. Organizations are not eligible to apply. Foreign components, as defined in the NIH Grants Policy Statement, are allowed.
