Summary

The purpose of this notice of funding opportunity (NOFO) is to support a research project to obtain timely input from nationally representative samples of healthcare providers and of the public on critical immunization issues of importance to public health. The objectives of this NOFO are: (1) to conduct multiple surveys of healthcare providers and the public each year of the period of performance to collect immunization-related data using scientifically sound methods with adequate response rates that produce generalizable results, and (2) to disseminate these results broadly to assist in informing...
