The Department of State’s Office of the Nonproliferation and Disarmament Fund (NDF) housed within the Department of State’s Bureau of International Security and Nonproliferation (ISN), is pleased to announce an open competition for assistance awards through this Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO).
