The purpose of this Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) is to: 1) further develop and embed the principles of person-centered, trauma-informed (PCTI) supportive services for Holocaust survivors living in the United States and other older adults with histories of trauma and their family caregivers; 2) make sub-grants to the agencies best positioned to advance and improve the delivery of person-centered, trauma-informed services for older individuals experiencing the long-term and adverse consequences of trauma; and 3) fully realize the establishment and operation of a national resource center that...
