Description
The United States Department of State’s Bureau of Global Talent Management, Office of Talent Acquisition (GTM/TAC) announces a Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) to support programmatic, financial and administrative activities for the 2024 Charles B. Rangel International Affairs Graduate Fellowship and Summer Enrichment Program. This program is one of the Department of State's premiere diversity recruitment programs and is fundamental to increasing the representation of diverse groups in the U.S. Foreign Service.
