applications for Off-Farm Labor Housing Technical Assistance (Off-FLH TA) grants. This NOFA
solicits applications from eligible private and public nonprofit (NP) agencies to provide technical
assistance (TA) to organizations and groups qualified to apply for Section 514 Off-Farm Labor
Housing (Off-FLH) loans and Section 516 Off-FLH grants. Work performed under these grants is
