IMPORTANT: due to the current COVID 19 crisis, the requirement for SAM.gov registration has been relaxed at the time of the application package submission. Nevertheless, if the application is recommended for funding, the SAM.gov registration fully applies and the grantee must provide proof of registration, at the time of the award.
