Cooperative Agreement with Golden Gate National parks Conservancy and Golden Gate National Recreation Area

18 million people each year. Park visitors are offered recreational activities, interpretive and educational programs, services, and materials that enable them to learn about environmental and cultural issues as well as to increase their stewardship of the area. The conservation and resource preservation, visitor interpretation and education programs, and volunteer engagement opportunities provided under this Cooperative Agreement will result in improved opportunities for visitor enjoyment. Additionally, through provision of the above, this agreement will foster visitor stewardship and understanding of NPS resources, thereby providing for continued preservation of resources for future generations of visitors.
