Description
The Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM) is offering a cooperative agreement opportunity to resume and continue the zooplankton sampling efforts conducted at two stations in the Gulf of Maine. The cooperative agreement will monitor the ecology of zooplankton in the Gulf of Maine and how it influences the distribution of the highly endangered North Atlantic right whale.This is not an open request for proposals.
