Description
AMENDMENT: The intent of this amendment is to implement the following revision described herein and written in bold, red font. In Table 3: CIO Project Plans – Category C, on p. 16 of 37, each project plan listed in the table should be labeled as Category C.
The purpose of this notice of funding opportunity (NOFO) is to announce the availability of supplemental funding for the organizations that were previously awarded funding under CDC-RFA-OT18-1802: "Strengthening Public Health Systems and Services through National Partnerships to Improve and Protect the Nation's Health." Recipients of CDC-RFA-OT18-1802...
are eligible to apply for new FY19 CIO Project Plans according to the Target Population Category (A,B, or C) and Target Population for which they received initial funding in FY18. This supplemental funding opportunity enables the recipients to strengthen the nation's public health infrastructure, ensure a competent, current, and connected public health system, and improve the delivery of essential services through capacity-building assistance (CBA).
