This initiative will fund three components: a capacity-building provider (HRSA-22-027), demonstration sites (HRSA-22-028), and an evaluation provider (HRSA-22-029). All three components of the initiative will work together using the HRSA HIV/AIDS Bureau (HAB) implementation science framework to conduct the following activities simultaneously: • Implement emerging strategies that comprehensively screen and manage comorbidities, geriatric conditions, behavioral health, and psychosocial needs of people 50 years and older with HIV; • Assess the uptake and integration of emerging strategies; • Understand...

Additional information

Eligible applicants include entities eligible for funding under RWHAP Parts A - D of Title XXVI of the Public Health Service (PHS) Act, including public and nonprofit private entities; state and local governments; academic institutions; local health departments; nonprofit hospitals and outpatient clinics; and community health centers receiving support under Section 330 of the PHS Act. Domestic faith-based and community-based organizations, tribes, and tribal organizations are also eligible to apply.
