The overall goal of this project is to support the revision of the INRMP for the U.S. Army Garrison on the island of Oahu. Integrated Natural Resources Management Plans are a Department of Defense requirement for installations with significant natural resources (DoD Manual 4715.03) and pursuant to section 670a(a) of the Sikes Act [Title 16, U.S. Code (USC) sections 670-6700]. An INRMP documents how the DoD and installations carry out programs and implement management strategies for the conservation and protection of biological and earth resources with input from the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and the state.
