This is a Notice of Intent to award a Single Source Cooperative Agreement to the Western Association of Fish and Wildlife Agencies (WAFWA) for the purpose of conducting a conservation assessment of the U.S. Rio Grande Valley to determine areas appropriate for the efficient implementation of habitat-related projects and identify priority watersheds to improve ecological condition, restore natural processes, and prevent the decline of intact and healthy systems.
