This notice announces the opportunity to apply for funding under the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) Rural Residency Planning and Development Technical Assistance (RRPD-TA) Program. The purpose of this cooperative agreement is to provide technical assistance (TA) to HRSA’s Rural Residency Planning and Development (RRPD) Program award recipients to support the creation of new rural residency programs that will expand the rural physician workforce. Additional information

Eligible applicants are domestic public or private, non-profit entities, including faith-based and community-based organizations, tribes and tribal organizations, institutions of higher education, state and local governments, and hospitals. Recipients of the RRPD Program (HRSA-19-088 and HRSA-20-107) are not eligible to receive funding under this notice. Similarly, the RRPD-TA award recipient will not be eligible for funding under the RRPD Program, contingent on future funding opportunities.
