Arkansas funding announcement

Proposals will be accepted fromArkansas. NRCS anticipates that the amount available for support of thisprogram in FY 2019 will be approximately $5,000,000. Proposals arerequested from eligible entities, non-profits, governmental or non-governmentalorganizations, and institutions of higher learning for competitive considerationof awards for projects between one and three years in duration.

This notice identifies theobjectives, eligibility criteria, and application instructions. Applicationswill be screened for completeness and compliance with the provisions of this notice.Incomplete and/or noncompliant applications will be eliminated from competitionand notification of elimination will be sent to the applicant. The ArkansasState Conservationist reserves the right not to fund any or all applications.NRCS will accept applications under this notice for single or multiyearapplications submitted by eligible entities.

DATES:  Applications must be received by NRCS by 4:00 p.m. CST, May 24, 2019.
