This Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) aims to support the Government of Kenya in sustaining and advancing integrated digital health and surveillance systems critical for healthcare delivery, program management, and disease monitoring. Funded under the U.S. President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR), the project focuses on strengthening Kenya’s digital infrastructure to enhance data availability, interoperability, and real-time decision-making for HIV/AIDS and related health programs. You will work with the Ministry of Health and key stakeholders to maintain and scale digital platforms that support service delivery, surveillance, reporting, and analytics. Emphasis will be placed on capacity building, local ownership, and alignment with national health strategies to ensure sustainability and resilience of digital health systems.
