This funding opportunity will make three awards to technical assistance providers each dedicated to providing specific technical assistance for state/territory administrators, tribes/tribal organizations, and coalitions. The three recipients together will serve as the FVPSA Formula Grantees Capacity Building Consortium and will offer targeted training and technical assistance to the three categories of formula recipients and leverage their collective expertise to build connections and collaborations across FVPSA-funded states, territories, tribes, and coalitions. Additional information

Eligible entities for the Family Violence Prevention and Services Discretionary Grants: Capacity Building and Program Technical Assistance for Family Violence Prevention and Services Act Formula Grantees are national, tribal, statewide, or other nonprofit organizations. Eligible applicants must have the capacity to provide training and technical assistance and develop resources on a national level. Applicants must have a demonstrated history of providing capacity building to states, tribes, tribal organizations and/or domestic violence coalitions. Applications from individuals (including sole proprietorships) and foreign entities are not eligible and will be disqualified from the merit review and funding under this funding opportunity. Faith-based and community organizations that meet the eligibility requirements are eligible to receive awards under this funding opportunity. Faith-based organizations may apply for this award on the same basis as any other organization, as set forth at and, subject to the protections and requirements of 45 CFR Part 87 and 42 U.S.C. 2000bb et seq., ACF will not, in the selection of recipients, discriminate against an organization on the basis of the organization's religious character, affiliation, or exercise.
